Registration

Registration is required for the program, which runs five days a week,
although you are welcome to join us for a one day trial visit if space is available.

To register for playgroup, the following is required:

A completed registration form (which can be found below)

• the form must be filled out and handed in on registration day

A Renfrew Community Association membership number

• if your membership is not current or you do not have one, you can purchase one on registration night; your membership should be valid until end Sept 2013.

$75 volunteer commitment deposit cheque

• cheques should be made out to the Renfew Tiny Tots and dated for June 30, 2013
• your registration will not be considered complete until this portion has been signed off by our Treasurer.

Your volunteer commitment choices

• descriptions are listed in the form. On registration night, select a volunteer commitment from the available options. We work on a first come, first served basis.

Once we receive all the necessary information and documents from you, we will review your application.
